1) Introduction

Welcome to our platform, https://coworkohrid.com/. These General Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the services “Community Membership”, “Hot Desk”, “Dedicated Desk”, “Event Space”, and “Private Office”, as well as additional services offered through the CoWorkOhrid platform. By using these services, you agree to comply with these Terms, which constitute a legally binding agreement.

If you do not agree with these General Terms and Conditions or with any part of them, please do not access or use the services.

In addition to the services above, these Terms also refer to the additional services “Daily Pass”, “Virtual Office”, and “Tailored Solutions”.

2) What is CoWorkOhrid?

CoWorkOhrid is a limited liability company — Company for Trade and Services B.N.G. Group DOO Ohrid, registered at Sirma Vojvoda no. 25, 6000 Ohrid, North Macedonia, Company Registration Number 7368119. By accepting these Terms, you are entering into a Service Use Agreement with this company.

CoWorkOhrid provides a co-working space designed for people seeking flexibility and community. The space is offered through various solutions and packages governed by these Terms.

3) Acceptance of the General Terms and Conditions

By using our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms or any part of them, you may not use the services provided by our platform.

4) Description of the Service

CoWorkOhrid uses business premises located at str. 7 Noemvri no. 179, Ohrid.

Within these premises, CoWorkOhrid provides workstations (desks) in a shared co-working area, as well as dedicated rooms for events (“Event Space”) and rooms for office work (“Individual Private Offices” and “Dedicated Offices”).

5) Service “Community Membership”

The User receives the right to use a desk in the shared workspace on the first or second floor of CoWorkOhrid’s premises. The desk is assigned with accompanying inventory. The service includes use of shared spaces (kitchen and toilet) and amenities such as Wi-Fi, coffee machine, printer, and 5 hours of complimentary meeting room use.

Access: 24/7, by prior reservation (first-come, first-served). Usage is limited to 6 days in each 30-day period. Minimum duration: 1 month, paid in advance via https://coworkohrid.com/solutions/ or by pro forma invoice. No-shows count as used slots.

If full payment is not made by the end of the month, access is revoked at 17:00 on the last day, and belongings must be removed. Remaining items may incur a daily storage fee of (2/30) of the monthly rate. Items held over 2 months may be donated or disposed of without compensation.

6) Service “Hot Desk”

Temporary access to a desk in the shared workspace with inventory and shared amenities (Wi-Fi, coffee, printer).

Access: 24/7 with prior reservation. Usable on working days within each 30-day period. Minimum duration: 1 hour, paid via https://coworkohrid.com/solutions/ or by pro forma invoice. No-shows count as used bookings.

Failure to pay voids access at 17:00; personal items must be cleared, with potential damage fees. Storage fees apply as above. Items held beyond 2 months may be disposed of.

7) Service “Dedicated Desk”

A pre-allocated desk (marked as occupied/reserved) with shared amenities (Wi-Fi, coffee, printer) and 10 hours of meeting room use.

You may bring personal equipment; CoWorkOhrid is not liable for theft or damage. Harmful or noisy equipment is prohibited. For rented equipment, inspect and report issues within 2 hours; otherwise, acceptance is implied. Rental equipment must be documented on receipt and is subject to applicable rental fees.

Access: 24/7 while the service is active. Minimum duration: 1 week, paid via https://coworkohrid.com/solutions/ or invoice. No-shows count as used. Late payment revokes access at the end date; storage rules apply as above.

8) Service “Event Space”

Users reserve the event room for agreed time slots, including shared amenities (kitchen, toilet). Access is only during scheduled times; changes require prior consent.

If cancellation occurs less than 7 days before the event, the slot is forfeited. With proper notice, a new slot may be offered; if not agreed within 7 days, the User must choose from available slots. Reservations are via direct contact; payment and pricing are arranged personally.

9) Service “Private Office”

Access to a dedicated office with shared amenities (Wi-Fi, coffee, printer) and 10 hours per month of meeting room use.

Access: 24/7. No-shows count as used. Cancellation requires 30 days’ written notice before the contract end date. Reservation and payment are handled via direct contact. Minimum duration: 1 hour. Late payment revokes access; storage rules apply.

10) Capacity Limits

  • Community Membership, Hot Desk, Dedicated Desk: limited to 1 natural person per service. Exceeding this limit entitles CoWorkOhrid to cancel the service; the User is responsible for all costs. If the service covers multiple people, the User must provide their data and ensure authorization. Consent for collecting personal data is required.
  • Event Space: maximum 80 people. Individual Private Office: maximum 1 person. Private Office: 1–20 people, as applicable. Exceeding limits may result in service termination, with the User liable for costs.

11) Behavior, Liability, and Cancellation

Users must avoid harassment, disturbances, or behavior that impedes others. Such conduct may result in immediate service termination by CoWorkOhrid, with the User responsible for all costs even if the service is not fully used.

CoWorkOhrid is not liable for personal belongings; no claims for theft, loss, or damage are accepted, though reasonable support may be offered in any investigation.

Before events, Users must notify CoWorkOhrid of the event type, subject, and number of participants. CoWorkOhrid may cancel events that disrupt public order, offend morals, or harm its reputation.

12) Additional Services

  • Virtual Office: Includes business registration at the CoWorkOhrid address and mail handling. The company name must be displayed on the premises. Failure to update the company address within 30 days after termination releases CoWorkOhrid from responsibilities. Usable only with other services (not with Daily Pass).
  • Tailored Solutions: Customized workspace packages arranged via initial consultation.

13) Reservations and Website Access

Daily Pass, Community Membership, Hot Desk, and Dedicated Desk can be reserved via https://coworkohrid.com/, where prices, hours, and benefits are displayed. Event Space and Private Offices require direct contact for reservation.

CoWorkOhrid may restrict access or services at any time. The website may be unavailable due to maintenance; CoWorkOhrid is not responsible for data loss. Website changes, feature removals, or availability are at CoWorkOhrid’s discretion.

14) Intellectual Property, Disclaimers, and Liability Limits

All content on https://coworkohrid.com/ (text, images, logos, etc.) is the property of CoWorkOhrid and is protected by applicable laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited and may result in legal action.

Use of the site is at your own risk. CoWorkOhrid and its partners provide the site and services “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, including implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

CoWorkOhrid is not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from use of the site, inability to use it, or content removal.

15) Force Majeure, Severability, and Entire Agreement

CoWorkOhrid is not responsible for failure to perform under these Terms due to events such as natural disasters, war, strikes, embargoes, or technology outages.

If any provision is deemed invalid by a competent court, the remaining provisions remain in effect. Invalid provisions will be replaced to best reflect their original intent.

These Terms constitute the entire legally binding agreement between the User and CoWorkOhrid and supersede any prior agreements on the subject matter.

16) Governing Law, Dispute Resolution, and Updates

These Terms are governed by the laws of North Macedonia. Disputes will first be addressed through negotiation and, if unresolved, by the Basic Civil Court in Ohrid.

CoWorkOhrid may update these Terms from time to time. Users will be notified with a revised version and the date of changes. Continued use of the services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
